Andy L. Nemeth

Mr. Nemeth has served as Chairman since 2024 and Chief Executive Officer of Patrick Industries, Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of component product solutions for the RV, marine, manufactured housing and industrial markets, since January 2020. He joined Patrick in 1996 and has held numerous senior leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and President. During his tenure, the company has grown from $200 million in revenue and 600 employees in 2009 to over $3.6 billion in revenue and over 10,000 employees today.

Over his 32-year career, Mr. Nemeth has led transformational acquisitions, implemented a strategic diversification plan and helped to foster a “Customer 1st” performance-oriented culture across Patrick’s outdoor enthusiast and housing platforms. He previously began his career at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC), where he specialized in auditing and financial reporting for public manufacturing clients.

Mr. Nemeth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He brings to the Board deep expertise in strategic growth, operational excellence, M&A, and financial leadership across complex industrial markets. He was elected to the Standex Board of Directors in 2025.
